What's included in the free tier?

Unlimited guests and full chart-building. PDF exports are watermarked, and Arrange My Guests and the coordinator share link are reserved for the Signature tier ($39 one-time).

How big can my wedding be on the free tier?

Can my partner or my coordinator edit the chart with me?

Yes — partner edit access and a coordinator share link are both included in the $39 tier.

Can I export my data?

Yes, Excel/CSV export is included in the Signature tier and the Planner tier.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your guest list and seating chart are visible only to you and anyone you explicitly invite.

What happens to my chart after the wedding?

You keep lifetime read-only access. Editing closes 60 days after your event date.

Wedding planner tier

What is the wedding planner tier?

$29/month (or $290/year) for verified planners. Includes unlimited events, multi-client dashboard, and white-label exports.

Who qualifies for the planner tier?

Active wedding planners, coordinators, and event designers running a registered business or visible online presence. Verification (business name, website or Instagram, business email) takes under 24 hours.

How does the 14-day planner trial work?

After your business is verified, you get 14 days of full access with no credit card required. We'll email you 3 days before the trial ends; you can cancel any time.

Can I white-label exports for my clients?

Yes, the planner tier includes white-label PDF exports — your logo or no Virelle Union branding.

Account & data

How do I delete my account?

Go to account settings → Delete account. All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

What happens if I cancel my planner subscription?

You retain access through the end of your paid period. After that, your account moves to read-only — your charts are preserved, but you can't edit them or create new ones unless you re-subscribe.
