Use of the service
Virelle Union provides a wedding seating chart tool for personal and professional event planning. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Your data
You own the data you create in Virelle Union. We do not claim ownership of your guest lists, seating charts, or event details. You can export or delete your data at any time. Data is retained indefinitely; editing locks 60 days after your event date (see section below).
Editing lock
Editing privileges on an event expire 60 days after the event date you set on that event. After that, the event becomes read-only — you can still view it, export it (subject to your tier), and download your data, but you cannot add guests, move tables, or use auto-arrange features. This applies to all tiers.
Payments
The Wedding plan is a one-time payment of $39 USD. The Planner plan is $29/month or $290/year (billed annually). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
Refunds
Refunds for the one-time bride purchase are available within 14 days of purchase, subject to the consumption event rules described in our Refund Policy. One refund per account. Planner subscription refund terms differ — see the Refund Policy for details.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Limitation of liability
Virelle Union is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
