Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect your email address to create and manage your account. We store the event data, guest lists, and seating charts you create within Virelle Union. We do not sell your data to third parties.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the Virelle Union service — storing your events, guests, and seating arrangements, and enabling collaboration features you explicitly activate (such as coordinator share links).

Data retention

All event data is retained indefinitely. Storage per event is tiny (typically a few kilobytes), and we keep it so you always have access to your chart. Editing privileges expire 60 days after the event_date you set; after that your chart becomes read-only but remains fully accessible and exportable.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Deleted data is purged within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Third-party processors

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store card details.
• Anthropic — powers the Arrange My Guests smart seating feature. Guest data sent for seating optimization is not used for training.
